1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on MMAcracy (“the Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not create an account or use features that require registration.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering. Impersonating another person or using a misleading username is prohibited.
  • You may not create more than one account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

MMAcracy allows you to submit UFC video edit links, cast votes, and participate in forum discussions (“User Content”). By submitting User Content you:

  • Represent that you have the right to share the content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Grant MMAcracy a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your User Content on the Site as part of normal platform operation.
  • Understand that User Content you post publicly (edits, forum posts, votes) will be visible to other users.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
  • Spam, manipulate votes, or engage in any deceptive activity.
  • Upload or link to content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or other users' accounts.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to interact with the Site without our prior written consent.
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to remove content and/or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content on MMAcracy — including site design, logos, text, and code — is owned by or licensed to MMAcracy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our express written permission.

UFC, Ultimate Fighting Championship, and related marks are trademarks of Zuffa LLC / UFC. MMAcracy is a fan-operated platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Zuffa LLC or the UFC.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MMAcracy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MMAcracy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., YouTube, social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Site and may request account deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable territory.
